Your visual field indicates in summary how much you can see to each side while focusing your eyes on a central point. The visual field test is a way to measure your visual field or peripheral vision. The test is designed to measure the overall field of vision as it is interpreted by the brain in 4 quadrants. The visual field analyzer is a computerized device that collects your data and compares it to normal vision. Upon completion of the examination, the results are reviewed either by our optometrist or ophthalmologist for advice.
